EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the architectural firm of Ranon & Partners, Inc. On March 12, 2002, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Mathews Construction. The scope of work includes the addition of 20 classrooms to meet class size reduction requirements. It also provides for the addition of a free standing 3,211 square foot field house building. The field house will include girls and boys locker rooms, gang restrooms, coaches offices and a conference room.
Change Order No. 2 for the Classrooms for Kids addition provides for unforeseen underground site conditions. It also provides credits for the deletion of paper towel and toilet paper dispensers and horizontal applied mullions on casement windows. Change Order No. 2 for the Field House addition provides for unforeseen underground site conditions. It also provides a credit for the deletion of paper towel and toilet paper dispensers.

These items are included in the District Capital Outlay: Classrooms for Kids (CFK) for the CFK addition and Community Investment Tax for the Field House addition.
