This project was planned by the architectural firm of John J. McKenna, Architect. On January 13, 2004, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Vogel Bros. Building Co. in association with CDC. The scope of work includes replacement of selected HVAC system components, and repair to finishes damaged during the work.

This change order provides for removal and replacement of inoperable fire and smoke damper, cleaning and grout restoration in kitchen, correction of electrical code compliance items in kitchen and Board Room, replacement of light fixtures in kitchen and cafeteria, new mini-blinds in cafeteria, and relief tanks, hot water valves, piping and ductwork modifications throughout the building found to be required during the course of construction. It also includes the Construction Manager's fee for the Board Room modifications covered by Change Order No. 5 but inadvertently omitted and a time extension for completion of the work.

This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill.
