This project was planned by the architectural firm of Wilder Architecture, Inc. On January 13, 2004, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Allstate Construction, Inc. The scope of work provides for renovations to the original building to include replacement of HVAC, ITV, security, and fire protection systems, flooring, ceilings, doors, hardware, and stained glass windows, reinstallation of windows and lighting to match the original in appearance, asbestos abatement, insulation of the attic and crawlspaces, repair of gutters and downspouts, renovations to the kitchen servery area, and the addition of data, intercom, fire alarm, and security systems for the classroom portables.

This change order provides for electrical revisions in the Cafeteria, Music, and Faculty Dining, various other revisions as listed in attachment Exhibit B, new stage curtains and rigging, and millwork in the Music Building and Home Ec Labs.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.8 - Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.

This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Community Investment Tax, Capital Outlay and Debt Service, and 2 Mill.
