SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve the Following Policies/ Summary of Procedures Additions/Revisions: 7.01 Formulation of the District Budget.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On November 3, and 4, 2005 the School Board gave notice (legal ad at least 21 days prior to adoption) of its intent to adopt the proposed policies/summary of procedures. When the required 21 days (after notice) have elapsed, a public hearing is scheduled during the next regularly scheduled School Board meeting. Request that the chairman read the adopted policies/summary of procedures by title into the minutes and ask the audience if there are any challenges to be made.
The policies/summary of procedures are to become effective immediately following the public hearing.

Other – Administrative Procedures Act, Florida State Statute 120.54.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: No)
Approval of the policies and summary of procedures has no monetary impact to the District.
