Approve Proposed Attendance Boundary for Summerfield Crossings Elementary School
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Summerfield Crossings Elementary School is scheduled to open in August of 2006. The school is being built to relieve Collins Elementary School and Summerfield Elementary School. Summerfield Crossings Elementary School is located in the Big Bend area of South Hillsborough county.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Policy 5.03 - The school board shall establish residental attendance zones for each school. All students, unless otherwise provided by school board rule or authorized by school board order, shall attend the school serving the student's residential attendance zone. A student's residence is defined as the residence of his or her parent(s), legal guardian, legal custodian or other such person as defined by any order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction of the State of Florida.
