This project was planned by the architectural firm of Elements Architects. J.B.D Construction, Inc. provided construction management services under their continuing services agreement. The scope of work included brick repair and replacement, concrete and stucco repairs, repainting, and expansion joint replacement.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.8 - Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
