This project was planned by the architectural firm of Gottfried + Garcia Architects, AIA, PA. On October 19, 2004, a joint venture between SL Construction & Remodeling and Manhattan Construction Company was approved to ensure the availability of sufficient resources to meet all project requirements.
The renovation of existing facilities will provide new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes, including casework. Also included is the replacement of much of the electrical and mechanical systems. Site work consists of correcting drainage issues and minor landscaping improvements. The existing administration building will be remodeled into classrooms. A replacement for the administration building is included in the design.
