EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the engineering firm of Carastro & Associates, Inc. On July 12, 2005, the Board appointed Becker Communications, Inc. to provide construction management services. The scope of work provides for fire alarm and intercom replacement.

Change Order No. 1 provides for additional intercom cables in the Media Center. Change Order No. 2 provides for revisions to the fire alarm system, new clock for Room 100F, and two weatherproof intercom speakers at front of Administration Building.
