SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On March 8, 2005, the Board appointed Ruyle Hayes + Jennewein Architects P.A. and Construct Two Construction Managers, Inc. to provide design and construction management services for the addition of a gymnasium at Sligh Middle School.
Approval of the guaranteed price will provide a maximum cost for the facility. Project completion is scheduled for December 24, 2006.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.8 - Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Construction cost is warranted at $1,941,041. The construction budget is $1,941,041. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Public Education Capital Outlay (PECO) Construction 03-04.
