APPROVAL OF CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS AND GUARANTEED MAXIMUM PRICE

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project is being planned by the architectural firm of Long & Associates, Inc. Architects. Ellis Construction Company is providing construction management services under their continuing services agreement. The scope of work provides for renovation of the kitchen.

Approval of the guaranteed price will provide a maximum cost for the facility. Project completion is scheduled for January 30, 2006.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.8 - Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.

Construction cost is warranted at $324,864. The construction budget is $324,864. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Food Service.
