Since 1995, the School District has leased approximately 2 acres adjacent to Belle Witter Elementary School from New Life Tabernacle Church to conduct physical education classes for the students. We have received a thirty (30) day notification from the Church to terminate this lease so they can begin construction of their new facilities.

Since this lease was unrecorded, the Church has asked us to approve a Subordination Agreement in order for the property to be used as collateral for mortgage acquisition.
