EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A continuing problem with standing water and moisture in the existing crawl space has resulted in some damaged/ruined wood flooring and floor tile. The Reliable Group LLC, Architects-RGA and J.B.D. Construction, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide a system of water removal to maintain a dry crawl space.
This change order provides credits for project savings and unused storage containers. It also provides for a new insulation system, removal of debris, and flooring revisions.
