EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the architectural firm of Alfonso Architects. On March 12, 2002, the Board appointed the construction management firm of J.O. DeLotto & Sons, Inc. The scope of work includes construction of a new K-8 school to house 1226 students.
Change Order No. 6 provides for ornamental perimeter security fencing and gates, science tables, welded wire mesh partition at the third floor balcony connection to the second floor roof, galvanization of security gates, guardrails to Art Deck, Vista security system and panel to front door, and construction changes necessitated by various coordination issues that occurred during construction. Change order No. 7 provides a moisture intrusion barrier for the exterior of the middle school building. Change Order No. 8 provides for the final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program.
