APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - $1,109,124.69 CREDIT

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

On September 7, 2004, the Board appointed John J. McKenna Architect P.A. and Hunt Construction to provide design and construction management services for classroom additions at Cork, Knights, and Springhead Elementary Schools. These additions are necessary to meet class size reduction requirements. The scope of work provides for the construction of 16 additional classrooms at Cork, Knights, and Springhead Elementary Schools.

This change order provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials by the District.
