EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the architectural firm of Robbins Bell & Kreher Architects. On November 18, 2003, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Batson-Cook Company. This new facility was constructed to relieve overcrowding at Rodgers and McLane Middle Schools.
This change order provides for food service, concrete, electrical, and code revisions, deletion of fire-rated ceiling in the Food Service building, deletion of lightning protection system, and correction of the substantial completion date.
