EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the architectural firm of Sylla, Inc. On November 18, 2003, the Board appointed the construction management firm of HC Beck, Ltd. The facility is a reuse of the Middleton high School design. This new facility will relieve overcrowding at East Bay, Riverview, and Bloomingdale High Schools and will open in August 2006.
Change Order No. 8 provides for the final reconciliation of the Owner Controlled Insurance Program. Change Order No. 9 provides for changes to the design of the Eagle Palm Drive road extension as required by permitting agencies and neighboring property owners. Also included are additional General Conditions and a time extension for completion of the work.
