EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project is being planned by the engineering firm of John J. McKenna Architect P.A. The scope of work provides for drainage correction and waterproofing, and repair of areas damaged by previous water intrusion. The project was advertised and a single bid was received (see attachment). The bid amount is less than both the original budget estimate and the engineer's estimate for the work, and award to the only bidder, Commercial Interiors, Inc., is therefore recommended.
