EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On May 18, 2004, the Board appointed the architectural firm of The Architectural Practice, Inc. with Kalemeris Construction, Inc. providing construction management services. Westchase Elementary School was completed in August 1998. This added scope was accomplished under the terms of the existing agreements. The scope of work provided for construction of 14 additional classrooms.
This change order provides for sprinkler system repair and resodding required by campus-wide regrading as directed by the District. It also provides a credit for unused testing.
The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
