Approve Agreement with Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Department – 2005-2006 School Resource Officer Program (Administration Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The School Board annually approves an agreement with Hillsborough County for the placement of the School Resource Officers in our secondary schools. The agreement with Hillsborough County for the School Resource Officer Program is administered by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Department for fiscal year 2005-2006. The participating law enforcement agencies in the School Resource Officer Program pay 50% of the program cost. This contract is retroactive due to School Board attorney returning to Hillsborough County for changes.
