ACCEPTANCE OF PROJECT

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

A continuing problem with standing water and moisture in the existing crawl space resulted in some damaged/ruined wood flooring and floor tile. The Reliable Group LLC, Architects-RGA and J.B.D. Construction, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide a system of water removal to maintain a dry crawl space.

This change order provides credits for project savings and the return of unused contingency funds.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.7 - Provide school facility maintenance that allows for uninterrupted student learning (proper electricity, A/C, etc.) as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
