This project is being planned by the engineering firm of The Walter Fedy Group, Inc. J.B.D. Construction, Inc. is providing construction management services under their continuing services agreement. The scope of work includes replacement of parking areas relinquished due to roadway widening, improved ingress and egress, and reconfiguration of parent pick-up/drop-off and faculty parking areas. This work is necessitated by Hillsborough County's planned improvements to Boyette Road and Balm Riverview Road.

Approval of the guaranteed price will provide a maximum cost for the project. Completion is scheduled for August 23, 2006.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.7 - Provide school facility maintenance that allows for uninterrupted student learning (proper electricity, A/C, etc.) as measured by District Operational Goals plan.

Construction cost is warranted at $471,242. The construction budget is $471,242. The District will be reimbursed by Hillsborough County for land conveyance and site improvements.
