EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In October 2003, the School Board conveyed a 2.26 acre portion of the Riverview High School site to Hillsborough County for stormwater drainage improvements at Balm-Riverview and Boyette Roads. The County has now requested the conveyance of 27,963 square feet +/- for the right-of-way project on Boyette Road fronting the school. The County and District have developed a cure plan for site improvements at the school to replace parking areas relinquished due to the roadway widening; improved ingress and egress; and parent/bus pick-up and drop-off areas. The County will reimburse the District for the $27,600 appraised value of the land to be conveyed and the $513,179 for the site improvements for a total of $540,779.
