EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On January 17, 2006, the Board appointed The Architectural Practice, Inc. and Ellis Construction Company, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. This new facility will be a reuse of the Collins Elementary School design. As of the current boundaries, relief will be provided for Bryant Elementary School. Project completion is scheduled for the 2007-08 school year.
Approval of the site adaptation will allow the architect to proceed with construction documents.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.8 - Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
The project is currently funded at $13,810,407. The estimate of probable cost is $13,538,250, which includes $311,000 for extraordinary site conditions. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Certificates of Participation Series 2004C, Classrooms for Kids 2005, Community Investment Tax, and School Infrastructure Thrift Award (SIT).
