EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the architectural firm of Woodroffe Corporation Architects. On November 18, 2003, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Hardin Construction. This new facility was a reuse of the Chiles Elementary School design and opened in August 2005. Relief was provided for Clark, Heritage, and Pride Elementary Schools.

Change Order No. 8 provides a credit to the Owner Controlled Insurance Program. It also includes an adjustment to the Direct Purchase Program. Change Order No. 9 provides an adjustment to the Direct Purchase Program.
