EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The development of South Shore Corporate Park has designated a portion of the School District's property at Lennard High School (Exhibit A) as a proposed right-of-way for the possible future expansion of Shell Point Road (the "Future Right-of-Way Area"). Hillsborough County has requested a maintenance and license agreement granting the School District a non-exclusive license to use the Future Right-of-Way Area for the installation, repair, maintenance and replacement of a retention pond bank, four light poles, various storm water structures, five-foot wide sidewalk, asphalt strip of paving, signage for school entrance drive, and landscaping, sod and irrigation systems.
