SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project is being planned by the engineering firm of GLE Associates. The scope of work provides for exterior painting, waterproofing, and metal repair. The project was advertised and bids received (see attachment). The low bidder, Riveiro Painting, is recommended.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Critical Success Factor 6.a.7 - Provide school facility maintenance that allows for uninterrupted student learning (proper electricity, A/C, etc.) as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Total funds in the amount of $480,000 are included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill and Public Education Capital Outlay (PECO).
