This project is being planned by the engineering firm of The Walter Fedy Group, Inc. The scope of work provides for the replacement of mechanical system components, including the condensing units, ducts, and air handler. The project was advertised and bids received (see attachment). The low bidder, Serge's Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc., is recommended. Project completion is scheduled for July 26, 2006.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.7 - Provide school facility maintenance that allows for uninterrupted student learning (proper electricity, A/C, etc.) as measured by District Operational Goals plan.

Total funds in the amount of $155,000 are included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill. The contract amount being awarded is $155,000.
