A steering committee, with representation from the School District, the Department of Children and Families, the Department of Juvenile Justice, and the chairman of the planning team from community mental health providers, act as the management team for the project. The Success 4 Kids & Families will serve as fiscal manager for this project. The day-to-day supervision of personnel will be the responsibility of the General Director for Student Services and Federal Programs.
