Approve Renewal Facility Use Agreement with Hope Lutheran Church for Adult Education Classrooms, 2006/2008 - $4,200 (Adult and Community Education)

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Department of Adult and Community Education has collaborated with Hope Lutheran Church, 2001 North Park Road, Plant City, for renewal of the Facility Use Agreement for continuation of day and evening General Educational Development (GED) classes at this facility . The facility provides 1,050 square feet at $350 per month, for a total of $4,200 per year to include all custodial services and utilities with the exception of telephone.

During the 2005-2006 school year more than 250 students attended classes at this site.

FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)

Annual Rental expenses of $4,200 are budgeted in the divisional Workforce Development Budget.
