EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the architectural firm of GLE Associates, Inc. J.B.D. Construction, Inc. provided construction management services under their continuing services agreement. The scope of work provided for Phenolic foam insulation remediation and roof replacement at Dickenson and Shaw Elementary Schools and Gaither High School.
Change Order No. 1 provides a credit for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program, unused contingency funds and roofer's bond. The architect advises that the referenced project is substantially complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
