EXECUTIVE SUMMARY


This project was planned by the architectural firm of Woodroffe Corporation Architects. On November 18, 2003, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Hardin Construction. This new facility is a reuse of the Chiles Elementary School design. It will relieve overcrowding at Clark, Heritage, Hunter’s Green, and Pride Elementary Schools.

This change order provides for an addition to the original scope of work to include a second story classroom building above the Administration/Media Center wing. A time extension is included for completion of the work.
