SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
Approve the License and Hold Harmless Agreement with the Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections for Use of Facilities (Administration Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The School Board has cooperated with the Supervisor of Elections in the past by allowing them to use school sites for polling places. This agreement would allow the use of facilities at Apollo Beach Elementary, Coleman Middle and Madison Middle Schools for polling sites for the Primary Election, September 5, 2006, and the General Election, November 7, 2006.
