APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 12 - $277,683.79 NET CREDIT

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the architectural firm of Long & Associates Engineers/Architects. On May 7, 2002, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Hardin Construction Group. This new facility was constructed to relieve overcrowding at Eisenhower Middle School.

This change order provides credits for the return of unused contingency funds and fencing allowance, and deletion of an exterior water cooler. It also provides for a new 5' wide concrete sidewalk for handicapped access from the classroom buildings to the playcourts.
