Approve the Advertisement of the Fiscal Year 2006-07 Proposed Millage Rates, Tentative Budget, Historical Financial and Demographic Graphs, Notice of Tax Increase, and Notice of Tax for School Capital Outlay on Saturday, July 22, 2006, and Allow Staff to Make Modifications as Updated Information is Received (Business Division)
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Per Section 200.065, Florida Statutes, the Superintendent is required to submit a tentative budget to the Board no later than the 24th day of TRIM (Truth In Millage). Attached is a draft of the advertisements based on the preliminary information that is currently available. As previously discussed, the information will change when the Department of Education certifies the Required Local Effort on July 14, 2006. A final draft of the advertisement will be available to the Board prior to publication.
