EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On April 4, 2006, the Board approved the appointment of Wilder Architecture, Inc. for architectural services. The scope of renovation includes new instructional aids and finishes, modifications to air conditioning, communication, power, and lighting systems, site grading and drainage improvements, and demolition of the original 1940's structure which includes the classrooms, cafeteria, and kitchen.
Approval of the schematic design phase will allow the architect to proceed with design development documents. Project completion is scheduled for December 2007.

Critical Success Factor 6.a.8 - Provide sufficient student stations to ensure uninterrupted student learning and data gathering as measured by District Operational Goals plan.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
The project is currently funded at $3,450,000. The estimate of probable cost is $3,443,740. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Public Education Capital Outlay (PECO 03-04/05-06).
