EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Historic Preservation Grant award from the Florida Department of State-Division of Historical Resources requires that special conditions be included in the Owner/Architect (Exhibit A) and Owner/Contractor (Exhibit B) standard agreements. These conditions have been satisfied and approval by the Board will allow these agreements to be amended, permitting the extension of the grant.

There will be no financial impact as a result of the approval of this board item.
