SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On March 8, 2005, the Board appointed the architectural firm of Gould Evans Associates with Manhattan Construction Company providing construction management services. The scope of work includes the demolition and replacement of the Administration, Media, and classroom buildings. Construction of a temporary campus consisting of 35 portables is needed to house students and faculty until completion of the replacement facilities.
Approval of expenditure to Manhattan Construction Company will allow construction of the temporary campus.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Goal 6 – All schools in the district will be assigned a state grade of A, B, or C.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Total cost of the project is $720,504. Funding will be derived from 2 Mill.
