This project was planned by the architectural firm of Gottfried + Garcia Architects, AIA, PA. On January 13, 2004, the Board appointed the construction management firm of SL Construction & Remodeling, Inc. On October 19, 2004, a joint venture between SL Construction & Remodeling and Manhattan Construction Company was approved to ensure the availability of sufficient resources to meet all project requirements. The scope of work provides for ten additional classrooms that meet class size reduction requirements.

This change order provides a credit for deletion of site wall north of Building 1 and final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program. It also provides for window revisions at Building 1.

Goal 6 - All schools in the district will be assigned a state grade of A, B, or C.
