EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On June 7, 2005, the Board appointed Carruthers & Associates - Architects, P.A. and Greater Bay Construction, Inc. to provide design and construction management services. This new facility opened in August 2006 and relieved overcrowding at Apollo Beach, Corr, and Sessums Elementary Schools.
This change order provides a credit for the direct purchase of materials by the District.
