ACCEPTANCE OF PROJECT

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the architectural firm of Long & Associates, Inc. Greater Bay Construction Company, Inc. provided construction management services under the continuing services agreement. The scope of work provided for renovation of the kitchen.

Change Order No. 1 provides for final reconciliation of the Direct Purchase Program. Change Order No. 2 provides credits for project savings and the return of unused contingency funds. It also provides a final adjustment to the Direct Purchase Program.

The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Goal 6 - All schools in the district will be assigned a state grade of A, B, or C.
