SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On April 5, 2005 the School Board approved the Memorandum of Understanding between the John B. Gorrie Foundation (the "Foundation") and the district for the development and construction of a multi-purpose facility on land owned by the district. Upon receipt of the Certificate of Occupancy during the first week of November 2006, the district has accepted this facility as an asset and assumes all responsibility for insurance and maintenance purposes, thereby relieving this from the Foundation.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Goal 6 - All schools in the district will be assigned a state grade of A, B, or C.
