APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - $50,760.00 EXTRA / 106 CALENDAR DAY TIME EXTENSION

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the engineering firm of Hahn Engineering, Inc. On March 14, 2006, the Board awarded the project to the low bidder, Air Mechanical & Service Corporation. The scope of work provides for the replacement of mechanical system components, including the chillers and air handlers.

This change order provides for a new controls system. It also provides a time extension for delayed release of direct purchased heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment.

ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)

Goal 6 - All schools in the district will be assigned a state grade of A, B, or C.
