SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project is being planned by the engineering firm of ASR Engineering, Inc. The scope of work provides for replacement of the chiller. The project was advertised and bids received (see attachment). The low bidder, Davey and Associates, is recommended. Project completion is scheduled for January 2, 2006.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Goal 6 - All schools in the district will be assigned a state grade of A, B, or C.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
Total funds in the amount of $143,200 are included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill. The contract amount being awarded is $74,900.
