APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 6 - $109,613.30 NET CREDIT

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the architectural firm of Sylla, Incorporated. On March 12, 2002, the Board appointed the construction management firm of HC Beck. This new facility relieved overcrowding at Foster and Lopez Elementary Schools.

This change order provides a credit for project savings and the return of unused contingency funds. It also provides for the final reconciliation of the Owner Controlled Insurance Program.
