EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On March 12, 2002, the Board approved the appointment of Rick Rados Architecture and Cutler Associates to design and construct a replacement facility for the Gary Adult Center. On April 6, 2004, the Board reassigned the architectural agreement to Wilder Architecture, Inc.
A reassignment of construction manager is necessary due to the withdrawal of Cutler Associates from the project. Peter R. Brown Construction, Inc. was the second in the order of priority for the project. The reassignment of the construction manager agreement to Peter R. Brown Construction, Inc., with a fee of $185,000, will ensure the availability of sufficient resources to meet all project requirements.

The construction budget is $4,029,162. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Community Investment Tax.
