EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This project was planned by the architectural firm of Holmes Hepner & Associates Architects. On June 15, 2004, the Board appointed the construction management firm of The Beck Group. This new facility was a reuse of the Alonso High School design. The school opened in August 2006 and provided relief for East Bay High School and the South County area.

Change Order No. 6 provides for Construction Manager's general and excess liability insurance necessitated by the cancellation of the Owner Controlled Insurance Program. Change Order No. 7 provides revisions to the auditorium as required by the District Safety Office. Change Order No. 8 provides modifications to the entrance drives to accommodate off-site road construction. Change Order No. 9 provides for wetland mitigation. Change Order No. 10 provides for final reconciliation of the Owner Controlled Insurance Program.
