SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project was planned by the engineering firm of The Walter Fedy Group, Inc. On June 6, 2006, the Board awarded the contract to the low bidder, Serge's Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. The scope of work provided for the replacement of mechanical system components.
The engineer advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Goal 6 - All schools in the district will be assigned a state grade of A, B, or C.

This item was included in the District Capital Outlay: 2 Mill.
