EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The existing Instructional Services Center had exceeded its useful life and was demolished to allow construction of a two-story 100,000 square foot office building. On March 8, 2005, the Board appointed the design-build firm of R.R. Simmons Construction Corporation to provide design and construction management services.

Change Orders No. 1 and 2 provide credits for the direct purchase of materials by the District. Change Order No. 3 provides a time extension to incorporate tenant improvement changes.

Goal 6 - All schools in the district will be assigned a state grade of A, B, or C.
