SUBJECT / RECOMMENDATIONS
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This project is being planned by the architectural firm of Wilder Architecture, Inc. On June 7, 2005, the Board appointed the construction management firm of Allstate Construction, Inc. As of the current boundaries, relief will be provided for Davidsen, Farnell, and Martinez Middle Schools.
Approval of the design development phase will allow the architect to proceed with construction documents. Project completion is scheduled for the 2008-09 school year.
ANNUAL DISTRICT GOAL(S) AND CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR(S)
Goal 6 - All schools in the district will be assigned a state grade of A, B, or C.
FINANCIAL IMPACT (Budgeted: Yes)
The project is currently funded at $20,407,140. The estimate of probable cost is $19,071,391. This item is included in the District Capital Outlay: Certificates of Participation Series 2006.
