EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Reliable Group and R.W. Tymewell, Inc. were selected from the approved Continuing Services Consultants list to provide design and construction management services for the renovation of the Central Warehouse. The scope of work provided for construction of a print shop and related office space within an existing warehouse. Upon completion, the Central Printing operation was relocated from the Instructional Services Center to the Central Warehouse.
The architect advises that the referenced project is finally complete in accordance with the plans and specifications and other contract documents and recommends Board acceptance.

Goal 6 - All schools in the district will be assigned a state grade of A, B, or C.
